NRP Pastors

3 INITIAL STEPS:

1. Have a long-term relationship with a national leader who is in need of training pastors
2. Contact the GlobalROAR office to talk about the possibility of a ROAR school in that country.
3. A GlobalROAR leadership team will travel with the recommending NRP pastor to visit the national leader for a two-day informational meeting.

We have current opportunities in Honduras, Guatemala, and Pakistan for pastors that are interested in partnering with theROAR to train leaders.

Each new country needs ROAR materials translated into their local language. We require three months of translation to be done in order to start the school. This investment creates a long-term impact because we can continue to use these materials as more schools are started in the same country.

For each new school, there are start-up costs involved in getting ready to start. This includes things like tables, chairs, white boards, kitchen supplies, or sometimes bunk beds. A one time gift to set up a school will help create an environment where leaders can continue to be trained for years to come!
